Element Project Solutions is currently seeking experienced and reliable NBN Technicians to join our team on projects supporting the national broadband rollout. This hands-on role involves the installation, maintenance, and fault-finding of NBN fibre and copper services in residential and commercial environments.

As a technician, you'll be on the front line of Australia’s digital infrastructure, helping deliver fast and reliable connectivity to homes and businesses across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission NBN fibre (FTTP, FTTN, FTTC) and copper services

  • Perform jumpering, splicing, pit and pipe work, and customer premise installations

  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve faults

  • Ensure all work is compliant with NBN and safety standards

  • Accurately complete job documentation and reporting via field mobility apps

  • Maintain strong customer service and communication on-site

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an NBN Technician or in similar telecommunications roles

  • Valid Open Cabling Licence with Fibre and Structured endorsements

  • ACMA registration and NBN accreditations (or willingness to obtain)

  • Own tools, test equipment, and PPE (if contract-based)

  • White Card and current driver’s licence

  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service

  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
